SALON POLICY

 

Cancellations- We require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, or may be late, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand being late is occasionaly unavoidable, yet we may have to reschedule to keep our day on time.

 

No shows  will be charged 50% of the missed appointment prior to booking another appointment. If a second occurance arises, 100% of the service will be charged prior to booking another appontment.  If you should fail to honor this more than three times, we will no longer be able to book you.

 

Failure to reschedule 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment  will result in a 50% charge of the appointment price.

 

Services longer than 2 hours, or greater than $200  will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book.

 

Refunds & Returns- We do not offer cash refunds. If you are unsatisfied with a service or product, please contact your stylist, or the owner so we can resolve the issue. Our main goal is to keep every client satisfied!

 

Children- We kindly ask that children who cannot be left unattended don't accompany parents to their appointments. Our goal is to deliver superior service, and give you our undivided attention. Keeping all clients and stylists safe, calm, and relaxed is a priority. Thank you in advance!
